Here at Sleep Corp all of our products are proudly designed using high-quality materials for the kind of sleep we all dream of. Why? Because when you are sleeping well you are living well. Many of them proudly made in Melbourne Australia.
Our range of products featured on this website come with varying product guarantees.
Refer to the warranty period on the individual product page for the specific time period that applies to the product you are interested in or have purchased.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us via clientservices@sleepcorp.com.au so we can better understand your situation and make it right for you.
If the product fails in any way that is not a result of misuse, force or accidental damage we'll replace it in line with the conditions of warranty.
Returns will be refunded at the price you paid for the product and all goods returned from website purchases should be returned in their original state or condition in their original packaging.
Unless agreed, return postage will be at the customers cost.

- A brief description of the problem and why you are looking to return the item.
We will promptly respond with return instructions.
Please do not return anything without first contacting us and receiving a Goods Return Authorisation Number
NOTE
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law (ACL) You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled
to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided to you by the Guarantees are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.
Sleep Corp Pty Ltd nor its distributors or ‘on-sellers’ make any express warranties or
representations other than set out in these Guarantees.
All Goods returned by the Customer are subject to assessment by Sleep Corp, and Sleep Corp may, if permitted by the ACL or any other law, refuse to accept the return of the Goods at its sole discretion.
Sleep Corp reserves the right to impose any handling charge, it deems reasonable in respect of Goods returned.
Defective Goods may, at the option of Sleep Corp, be either repaired, replaced, or credited to the Customer’s account.
Subject to the Customer’s rights under the ACL, the following Goods cannot be returned by the Customer to Sleep Corp under any circumstances:
(a) those that were specifically made, sourced, ordered or purchased for the Customer
(b) those that were used, damaged or altered in any way by the Customer
