In the unlikely event that the product does not meet our high standards, Sleep Corp will guarantee to the original purchaser to repair or replace the product against faulty workmanship for the guarantee period.
Individual guarantee periods will be stated on all product packaging. Guarantee periods start from the original date of purchase.
In order to make a claim on these guarantees you must retain and present the original purchase receipt for validation.
Rights under Australian Consumer Law:
The benefits we offer under this guarantee as set out in this document are in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under the law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Sleep Corp provides the original purchaser a guarantee against faulty workmanship. The guarantee period for your product is stated on the product packaging. The guarantee periods start from the original date of purchase, if during this period a product defect caused by faulty workmanship or materials appears, Sleep Corp will repair or replace your product within a reasonable time after receiving your valid guarantee claim.
